Sehwag enters Top 10

Virender Sehwag broke into top 10 after six years in the ICC Rankings in the batsmen chart. Also Sachin Tendulkar returned to top 20 at 13th place in the Batsmen rankings. Sehwag and Tendulkar were the biggest movers in the Rank chart after their splendid performance in the recent series. Sehwag jumped nine places to the 16th position and Tendulkar vaulted eight places to the 13th spot.
In the all-rounder's table, Yuvraj Singh has entered the top 5 for the first time in his career. He shares the third place with Shoaib Malik of Pakistan, behind Bangladesh's Shakib Al Hasan in the first place and Flintoff in the second place.
India's series win against New Zealand has taken it to third place in the ICC team ratings. India now holds 122 rating points which is just two points behind the second placed Australia and three points behind the leader South Africa.
