Tata Nano, the world's cheapest car ever, is soon going to hit the Indian Roads. Some sources say that this revolutionary car will be launched on 3rd march 2009, on the birthday of Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, the founder of the TATA Group of Companies. Previously, NANO was planned to be launched on December 28, 2008, marking the birthday of Ratan Tata, the Chairman of the TATA Group of Companies. As we all know, the delay is due to some political issues and various other issues. The TATAs have always been pioneers of trends in various fields. This time they have created a revolution with the world's cheapest car, NANO. Definitely, all car manufacturers in India will have to follow this and present their model of cheaper cars to face the challenge posed by NANO and withstand in the automobile market. Also, NANO is a big challenge to the two-wheeler market. Because people will definitely opt for NANO which is just 1 lakh rupees, when bikes cost sixty thousand rupees in average.
NANO is going to be released mainly targeting the middle class people, who constitute the major part of the population. NANO is also attracting people by its unique design and compact size with a comfortable interior. Everything from TATA is a hit and NANO definitely is.
